I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was really good, with super clean rooms and a modern and immaculate bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice lobby and baroque-like interiors that added to the overall design of the place. The staff were very polite and helpful, making sure my check-in and check-out process was super easy. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was walking distance from the city center, next to a park, and close to the Rhein promenade. It was also conveniently located close to public transport, making it easy to get to the Christmas Markets, travel around the city, or even go to the Messe for work. the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

Some rooms were noisy, especially those facing the street. No air conditioning in the rooms.

Beautiful room, excellent facilities. Clean skincare, select sweets, coffee, and drinks. Heavenly bed, luxury mattress, and pillows. Well-equipped kitchenette. Attention to detail and design. Great amenities: Nespresso machine, water kettle, hair dryer, welcome drink, chips. Excellent location near park, historic center, and river. Central railway station easily accessible. a fantastic stay.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the U Bahn and just a short walk to the old town. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-serviced. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of shops nearby for any essentials I needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make me feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value for money and wonderful service.
